Why This Role is Exciting
AuditBoard is seeking a Digital Success Engagement Lead to manage the creation, execution, and evolution of our live events that serve our customers. This pivotal role will help drive efforts to engage with our customers at scale to enable their success in using the AuditBoard platform. The role will collaborate closely with other teams in Customer Advisory Services as well as with Product and Marketing to ensure relevant content is being planned and delivered.
The ideal candidate requires a collaborative and open mindset to manage and grow our one-to-many engagement programs effectively. They also understand the importance of a customer-first and data-driven approach to foster highly engaged customers that derive value from the events and content provided.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, creation, execution, and reporting of one-to-many customer live events that enable and inspire our customers in their use of the platform.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive content strategies based on customer needs, product updates, and broader company goals.
Launch new or enhance existing 1:many customer engagement motions related to events and content to accelerate platform adoption and improve operational efficiencies.
Measure results and metrics to track program effectiveness, customer engagement and overall success. Map results to business goals and share with stakeholders.
Utilize data across the post sales customer journey to identify opportunities, gain actionable insights and inform decision-making processes.
Plan adoption programs and content in association with cross-functional partners to support quarterly launches.
Attributes for a Successful Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Success, Customer Experience, Customer Marketing, or related role ideally at a SaaS company
Demonstrated success with cross-functional collaboration and alignment, including planning, execution, and decision making
Proficiency in reporting and analysis with proven success in developing recommendations and driving data-driven decisions
Experience in a customer-facing role inclusive of leading virtual events. Proficiency with virtual event tools such as Zoom and On24
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external audiences
