Who We Are Looking For

At AuditBoard, Product Managers act as the “glue” between engineering, design, and the rest of the business. We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to drive innovation, execution and strategy for the next generation of our product suite. This person will lead technical & non-technical teams to deliver software that is scalable and solves the problems that our customers experience day-to-day. 

The Senior Director of Product Management will also be responsible for defining best practices within the Product organization and ensuring continued growth across the team. Our ideal candidate is passionate, curious and obsessed with providing the customer experience that makes us a best in class product.



  • Grow, manage & mentor a team of talented Product Managers and cultivate a culture that inspires innovation, growth and development

  • Develop product strategy/roadmap that aligns Product objectives with organizational goals

  • Identify opportunities in the marketplace to fuel growth and drive success

  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Design, Customer Support and other groups to collect product feedback and prioritize requests

  • Collaborate with other Product Managers, Engineers, Designers and other divisions in a highly cross-functional environment

  • Work closely with Senior Leadership to align company goals with Product initiatives

  • Research & understand market forces to develop new feature recommendations and serve as a voice of authority on Product direction

  • Understand customer needs and translate them into actionable requirements for design and engineering teams

  • Utilize metrics and analytics to drive product insights and recommendations 

  • Own and advocate a reliable and light-weight process for managing the product backlog

  • Work with Engineering teams to facilitate an efficient product development process



  • ~7-10+ years of relevant Product Management experience (ideally in the SaaS space)

  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role across cross-functional technical teams

  • History of driving product improvements through data-driven decision making & testing

  • Prior experience with cross departmental collaboration, specifically working closely with marketing, relationship managers and operations teams to ensure successful product launches

  • Consistent track record of developing products with best-in-class customer experience

  • Deep understanding of Enterprise SaaS businesses and challenges leading a portfolio of products

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to bridge the gap between technical & non-technical teams

  • Strong project management skills, and willingness/ability to own key parts of the product, end-to-end
