About the Role

Auditboard is looking for an energetic team player to join our team as a Recruiting Coordinator. This role is an integral part of the Recruiting team and will manage critical aspects of the hiring process - including coordinating interviews, onboarding preparation, and arranging travel/onsite visits (post-Covid), always with the candidate experience in mind. This role has many opportunities to create quick wins and make a visible impact, directly contributing to the success of the Recruiting team and our organization’s growth as a whole.


  • Create an exceptional experience for all candidates throughout the recruiting process
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews and debrief meetings with speed and efficiency, while addressing and resolving any conflicts that may arise
  • Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse)
  • Follow up with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers to facilitate a seamless hiring process
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Talent team to create and continuously improve our programs and processes
  • Assist with recruiting projects and event planning, as needed

  • 1+ year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar coordination support role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently
  • Must be proficient in GSuite including Google products, as well as MS Office
  • Knowledge of Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system is a plus
