Why this role is exciting:

AuditBoard is seeking a Field Events Coordinator who will support the team to execute field events and marketing programs logistics through every stage. The ideal candidate is a team player who is hard-working, organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. This person will help with venue research and selection, vendor management, budget management, and event execution. As the Field Events Coordinator, you will organize, manage, and ship marketing supplies and client packages, while also managing the inventory of branded items used for events and sales meetings. In this role, you will manage and maintain event webpages, monitor event timelines, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. This person will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing events strategy, while enhancing the AuditBoard brand through internal and external initiatives.

What you will need to succeed:

 

  • BS/BA in Marketing or a related field 
  • Self-starter and quick learner; demonstrated independence and autonomy in a high-performing work environment
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and sharp logistics management skills
  • Experience in event planning, vendor management, hospitality, marketing, or PR preferred
  • Experience in working within Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
  • Travel and some work on weekends or after hours may be required
