Why This Role is Exciting:

AuditBoard is looking for an FP&A Analyst to help drive growth! As an FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and publishing reports on key metrics, which will drive key business decisions. Additionally, you will work closely with your assigned department to create expense plans, and you will maintain your forecast to track the financial health of the Company. 


  • Prepare and regularly update key reports while providing insights and analytics to executive management in order to drive business decisions 
  • Prepare regular forecasting updates to ensure appropriate visibility into company operations for executive management
  • Helping to creating scalable processes to support budgeting and forecasting and promoting adoption of new FP&A software across the organization
  • Develop processes to ensure data integrity and appropriate integration across systems to support the planning and forecasting process
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure the appropriate classification of transactions and accruals
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements

Attributes for a Successful Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in a finance
  • Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, specifically in the SaaS space
  • Data analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis
  • Experience with ERP systems, financial planning tools, and financial systems
  • Critical-thinking skills demonstrated through the ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
  • Ability to work and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior-level business partners
  • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while fostering continuous innovation and improvement
  • Embodies a strong sense of entrepreneurial spirit (ability to navigate in the unknown) and gritty resilience
  • Strong, demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
