Why This Role is Exciting

The business development operations manager will be entrusted with owning the optimization of the operational side of the BDR business as business partner to our BDR Director while reporting into the revenue operations function as our business development team continues to scale rapidly.

Exciting chance to grow in the revenue operations space, providing opportunities to interface with many different teams and challenges. The primary focus of this role is to help grow a healthy pipeline at the top of the sales funnel in partnership with sales, business development, and marketing leadership. Attributes for a Successful Candidate:

  • Sales or business development experience
  • A demonstrated bias towards action
  • Ownership mentality
  • Great teammate
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Basic understanding of Marketing Lead Funnel
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platform best practices
  • Facility with SFDC reporting and sales tools is a must
  • Experience with LeanData and Outreach.io is a plus
