Why This Role is Exciting:

AuditBoard is seeking a Digital Events Specialist who will lead the digital events programs from strategy and planning to production and measurement. The ideal candidate is a team player who is detail-oriented, data-driven, organized, and calm under pressure. This person will be responsible for driving a robust weekly webinar program by working with internal and external stakeholders to build out integrated events marketing plans to help drive ROI. In this role, you will partner with the Marketing Communications team to develop the content strategy, work with the Demand Generation team to schedule a promotional plan, manage presenter logistics, and measure and report on performance against goals. As the Digital Events Specialist, you will measure and analyze campaign performance and seek ways to optimize performance. You will also manage and maintain event webpages, monitor event timelines, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. This person will be responsible for supporting the overall events marketing strategy and enhancing the AuditBoard brand through internal and external initiatives.

Attributes for a successful candidate:

  • BS/BA in Marketing or a related field 
  • 2+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in event marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement
  • Proven experience carrying out event marketing campaigns including webinars, emails, and social media
  • Experience leading and managing integrated event marketing plans across cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter and quick learner; demonstrated independence and autonomy in a high-performing work environment
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong work ethic and sharp logistics management skills
  • Experience in working within Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
  • Travel and some work on weekends or after hours may be required
