As our Compensation Manager you are a multiplier- with responsibility for scaling our compensation programs, enabling our managers, and helping our employees grow. You will be responsible for designing and delivering competitive, equitable, and innovative compensation programs that meet employees where they are today and build a strong foundation for tomorrow. In this role you will contribute to compensation programs, including the focal compensation planning cycle, evolution of a job architecture, incentive plan design and administration.

  • Understands compensation fundamentals including job evaluation methodologies, market pricing, equity mechanics, incentive plans (bonus and commission plans), pay ranges, compliance and reporting;
  • Leverages data to drive decision-making- combining quantitative and qualitative information to create a full-picture;
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills;
  • Communicates with impact - can distill complex ideas, like equity compensation, and make them approachable;
