AuditBoard is a fast growing company, and the Contracts Administrator will need to manage multiple priorities and signatures especially at the end of month and quarter, work independently and be proactive. The utmost confidentiality is imperative, as you will be working on sensitive projects and will be privy to confidential information.

 

Attributes for a Successful Candidate 

  • Manage workflow for contract beginning with receipt of requests for contract generation through routing for signatures and final distribution.
  • Help keep our contract repository clean and pull key meta data points out for stakeholders.
  • Assist with maintenance and improvements of contracts management processes and system as well as implementation and enforcement of contract policies.
  • Able to identify issues in current agreements and create amendments to fix changes in AuditBoards Go-To-Market strategy.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams during contract review, acting as a key contact for the legal department by providing guidance on commonly requested edits, non-standard terms, policies, questions, etc.
  • Review proposed modifications to contracts and work with internal business partners and third parties to negotiate terms and obtain approvals for modifications as required.
  • Draft and revise contract wording to address various situations as they arise with supervision of team members.
  • Maintain processes between the legal department and other groups, collaborating to continually improve the contracts administration process.
  • Assist with other tasks as required or as needed on a growing legal team.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience managing contracts (specifically including drafting and negotiation NDA’s, marketing events, hotel terms, and other vendor contracts) and contractual operations in a corporate environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree

 

Other Qualifications:

  • Able to review and negotiate NDAs completely with guidance.
  • Able to draft amendments related to Order and Subscription Agreements.
  • Experience with electronic signature software, i.e. DocuSign. 
  • Able to provide an initial review of all commercial, and partner, vendor and marketing related contracts.
  • Ability to follow and understand written processes to ensure successful and correct completion of assigned work.
