Why This Role is Exciting

We’re looking for a savvy Email Marketing Marketing Manager to execute, optimize, and scale our Demand Generation programs. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, data-driven and have proven expertise in email nurture to develop prospects, accelerate leads, and create sales pipeline at scale.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build out nurture strategies to increase pre-MQL to MQL conversion rates and  to meet pipeline creation and influence goals.
  • Create, plan, and execute email campaigns, creating a highly effective and personalized approach for nurturing buyers through their journey.
  • Apply KPIs, analytics, and insights to better profile, segment, and engage prospects.
  • Ensure accurate, timely and consistent delivery of email campaigns through ongoing monitoring of email deliverability.
  • Manage database health and growth.
  • Implement A/B tests to optimize the effectiveness of subject lines, headers, images, copy, calls-to-action, and landing pages.
  • Develop a strong collaborative rapport with sales leadership to align on goals and gain support on nurture programs. 
  • Act as the subject matter expert regarding email and marketing automation for our internal stakeholders.
  • Track and measure email activities to inform weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting.

Attributes of a Successful Candidate 

  • 3+ years experience of B2B demand generation experience with a focus on email marketing.
  • Power-user of tools such as Marketo, Outreach, Salesforce and others.
  • Proven track record of exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of email best practices including design, deliverability, and privacy regulations.
  • A data-driven and collaborative mindset.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong communications skills.
