In this role you will develop, implement and manage global benefits programs to support employees at the moments that matter the most in their life. You will be responsible for designing and delivering programs that support employee wellness across mental, physical, and financial health. Our benefits program are key to creating an inclusive environment for all AuditBoarders, and you will be key to architecting personalized experience at scale. As our Employee Benefits Manager you will evolve AuditBoard’s benefits philosophy and deliver culturally relevant benefits as we expand globally. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Experience managing the benefits lifecycle including plan renewals and US open enrollment in partnership with our benefits brokers and vendors;
  • Demonstrated experience scaling global benefits programs in a way that balances employee experience with compliance and legal requirements;
  • Partners with external vendors, brokers, and carriers to negotiate and administer benefits plans and contracts;
  • Leverages data to drive decision-making- identifying and measuring key people metrics to drive business outcomes;
  • Believes in #constantinnovation - finds new and creative ways to address employee needs leveraging tools and technologies;
  • Internalizes #customerobsession and provides employees with seamless support at key moments in their life ranging from welcoming a new child;
  • Embraces collaboration and believes that the best work is done when we #wintogether- building strong relationships with key partners within the people team and beyond (Finance, Legal, Payroll);

Attributes for a Successful Candidate

  • Experience developing and administering leave and time-off programs to support employees during life milestones
  • Understanding of benefits market with ability to synthesize relevant benchmarking data to inform decisions
  • Experience launching global benefits
  • Project, program, and vendor management experience;
  • Demonstrated success in balancing the need for efficiency and scale with employee experience
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employee benefits
  • Develop and deliver employee benefits training to employees and managers
