Why This Role is Exciting

Reporting to CRO, the Vice President of Alliances will be integral to the success of our overall Go to Market strategy through building strategic partner relationships that drive bookings growth. Your success will be measured based on your ability to achieve sales targets while driving world-class partner collaboration and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to build and manage a portfolio of senior relationships at Go-to-market partners
  • Develop and execute end-to-end partner business plans
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple internal organizations, to achieve partner objectives
  • Execute on relationship mapping strategies
  • Drive successful deal execution
  • Develop executive relationships at key partners 
  • Sponsor executive relationships with partner executives
  • Establish and maintain key metrics to help provide insights into business performance
  • Strategically manage ongoing partner opportunity funnel analysis, including topline KPI reporting and forecasting
  • Shape partner enablement efforts in concert with sales leaders
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation

  • Strategic leader with exceptional business acumen and proven ability to execute 
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills driving stakeholder alignment
  • Entrepreneurial; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading partner teams and scaling partner driven sales motions, coordinating and driving tangible value between direct sales teams and key alliance partners.
  • Data-centric, leveraging KPI’s, pattern recognition, and advanced analytics to build repeatable top of funnel growth 
  • Outstanding people leader who hires, coaches, develops and motivates their team to do exceptional work
  • Well versed in strategic planning, building strategic relationships, consultative selling, leading senior negotiations and partner contracts
  • Demonstrated analytical and project management skills
  • Strong track record of producing measurable results of influenced and sourced revenue through partners, ideally in a multi product, multi buyer environment
