We’re looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team and world-class organization. This is an opportunity to be a major player in driving the continued exponential growth of AuditBoard, through designing and executing successful customer marketing strategies. 

The ideal candidate should be both a team leader as well as someone who is willing to dig into the details and personally drive the work forward. They need to possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, broad B2B demand gen know-how, results orientation, and customer obsession. They must enjoy striving for continuous improvements, delivering against increasing goals, collaborating in a team environment, and coaching and mentoring others. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and cross-sell/upsell amongst our customer base.
  • Represent the customer marketing campaign strategy, plan, execution and performance with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders.
  • Develop a strong, collaborative rapport with Sales leadership to align on goals and gain support on cross-sell/upsell programs. 
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Marketing Communications teams to develop messaging and content for integrated customer campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure customer marketing programs are complementary and coordinated with Customer Success outreach.
  • Coordinate with ABM team to execute and optimize ABM campaigns across paid social and display channels.
  • Establish a rigorous analytical framework and manage the reporting of all customer campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results across channels to understand the efficacy of strategies and identify tactics for improving key engagement and attach metrics.
  • Develop robust test and learn strategies that guide optimization of campaigns. 
  • Continually build on the foundation for customer growth through the development of repeatable, scalable processes and frameworks. 
  • Own key business and revenue targets for AuditBoard's customer base.

Attributes for a Successful Candidate

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience.
  • Power-user of tools such as Marketo, Salesforce and others.
  • Successful history in developing and executing multi-channel account-based digital programs that deliver results.
  • Demonstrated experience running integrated campaigns leveraging non-digital channels such as email and direct mail.
  • Proven track record of exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and enterprise buyer's journey.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong communications skills.
