Why This Role is Exciting

AuditBoard is looking for an FP&A Manager to help drive growth. In this position, you will partner across FP&A teams to drive project and systems roadmap as we shape the planning process. You will also support the Corporate FP&A team on relevant forecasting activities such as revenue planning and cash flow. This position has visibility and interaction with senior management and executives across AuditBoard. This person will work on assignments that are complex in nature and require considerable judgment, initiative, and knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions. 

This position reports to the Finance Operations Director with dotted lined to Sr Director of Corporate Finance and is a perfect role for someone who is passionate about driving results, has strong analytical & modeling skills, can work in a fast-paced environment and is an all-around great team player. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Be business partner to core FP&A team for support on-going engagement with Adaptive Planning and other financial tools 
  • Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure completeness of information for accurate financial reporting 
  • Lead in streamlining and improving the financial planning processes and tools, as well as identifying and driving new relevant corporate related metrics.
  • Improving processes - identify and resolve gaps and inefficiencies in current processes to increase agility and accuracy, while influencing proactive action with the Business
  • Support team on Corporate FP&A processes including revenue forecasting, cash flow planning, consolidated analysis and reporting
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects, systems upgrade and implementation. 

Attributes for a Successful Candidate 

  • A deep understanding of Finance/Accounting business functions, processes, cross-functional hand offs and intersections with Finance systems
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP’s and Pivot tables, Financial Modeling, knowledge of SQL
  • Experience in Adaptive Workday SaaS applications, NetSuite, and other Finance applications
  • Understanding of GAAP accounting and financial statements
  • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
  • Team player with strong work ethic
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
  • Experience delivering technical projects across Finance Tech Stack
