Why This Role is Exciting:

  • Lead the customer advocacy, customer marketing, and sales reference programs for one of the fastest growing B2B tech companies globally
  • Build relationships with top brands and position leaders for participation in speaking engagements, webinars, press releases, blogs/articles, analysts reports and interviews, and other marketing activities
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product Leadership to help innovate, validate, and deepen our unique value proposition with compelling customer proof points at each stage of the customer journey
  • Lead our process to produce high quality customer story content, including case studies, story slides, and customer video content
  • Drive strategic development and implementation of customer advisory activities and related initiatives that may include customer advisory boards and user groups
  • Strengthen relationships with industry organizations such as G2, Capterra, and others. 
  • Cultivate, grow, and maintain an active customer reference pipeline and program in partnership with marketing and sales leadership
  • Coach and develop a small team to develop greater sophistication and impact

Attributes for a Successful Candidate:

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience at a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS company, 5-10 total years of experience 
  • Direct management experience
  • Ability to span both strategy and execution as the leader of a small team
  • Experience building relationships with top brands and helping them to tell truly captivating stories 
  • Ability to quickly develop a degree of product expertise and customer program knowledge in technical software fields
  • Sincere interest in customer impact, constant innovation, and personal improvement
