Why This Role is Exciting

AuditBoard is currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic Order Management Analyst to become part of our growing Order Management team. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the enforcement of company booking policies by verifying the accuracy of orders and contracts, ensuring adherence to clean order protocols, and inputting order and contract data into our record-keeping systems. In addition to primary responsibilities, this position offers a fantastic opportunity to aid in developing and implementing new processes and system features as we build out key functions. Key Responsibilities 

  • Execute and enforce company booking policies
  • Verify order and contract details for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of order information into Sales and Accounting systems, and communicate any issues or delays to relevant stakeholders
  • Provide knowledgeable and efficient support on order related inquiries
  • Collaborate with management, team members, and other teams on cross-functional projects to improve order management processes, systems, and customer experiences
  • Assist with generating and analyzing reporting on Order Management KPIs and Booking metrics

Attributes for a Successful Candidate

  • 3+ years of prior experience in order management, billing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and act on data to drive positive business outcomes
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams, processes, and systems
  • Understanding of basic accounting, revenue (ASC 606), and billing principles
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

Nice to Have 

  • NetSuite Order Management experience
  • Familiarity with SaaS order methodology and software delivery
  • Proficiency in SFDC and CPQ software with hands-on experience
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to order and data management (e.g. SOX, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA)
