Senior Product Operations Manager

As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the Product Engineering and Design Operations team, which includes Technical Program Management, Product Analytics, Product Operations, and Tech Writing. 

In this role, you will focus on designing and managing critical product processes, systems, and ways of working to drive efficiency, maximize value delivery, and increase operational rigor across our Product & Technology teams. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage a product feedback program that effectively collects, categorizes, and routes a high volume of product feedback from various channels to be considered by the PED team for future development, and closes the loop with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders as we make prioritization decisions.
  • Facilitate product prioritization and planning rhythms across the PED team, including cadences, tooling, and documentation/comms. 
  • Contribute to product release and launch readiness, including betas and quarterly launches, to ensure that GTM teams are ready with the information and processes required to support new products. You will work closely with Product Marketing on this.
  • Build relationships across AuditBoard to identify areas of opportunity and drive continuous improvement. Your success will require collaboration and communication across multiple teams at AuditBoard. You will play a critical role in driving alignment between Product teams, GTM teams, Product Marketing, as well as working with the wider AuditBoard organization. 
  • Embrace and evangelize data-driven decision-making. Define, measure, and communicate success for the work that you do. Help enable our Product teams to measure and increase visibility into the value they are delivering.
  • Operate with humility and a growth mindset. Solicit feedback from across the business about existing processes and ways of working to drive continuous improvement. Drive effective change management to help us as we scale. 

Required Qualifications:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or equivalent experience.
  • You are a strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator 
  • You have a demonstrated ability to bring clarity to situations with a high level of ambiguity.
  • You have experience initiating, scoping and executing projects at a large scale across multiple teams and stakeholders. You can influence without authority. 
  • You have experience designing and implementing product development processes to improve how teams build and ship products.
  • You are a problem-solver at heart – you can dive into the weeds with strong attention to detail, but you never lose sight of the bigger picture.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and projects
  • Experience managing a Voice of Customer or Product Feedback program
  • Experience helping to scale Product & Technology organizations
  • Experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS
