We are looking for an Associate Director of Product Marketing to lead and scale our Product Marketing team, as well as manage marketing and sales enablement initiatives that drive awareness, purchase and adoption of our platform. In this role, you will work closely with Product Management, Sales, Client Success and Marketing to drive AuditBoard’s go-to-market strategy. You also will be the subject-matter expert of our customers, the technology roadmap, industry trends and the competitive environment, using this insight to inform our product messaging, positioning and narrative. As a team lead, you should inspire creativity and innovation in your team to engage with our target audiences and drive awareness in new, unique ways. This is a fantastic opportunity for a product marketing pro who is an energetic self-starter to stretch their wings and own an influential role in a fast-growing, dynamic business.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the ideal candidate is someone who is adept at understanding customer needs, assessing new markets, and creating marketing strategies that drive revenue and growth. A strong storyteller with intellectual curiosity, this person also should be skilled at accelerating the sales cycle with compelling, inspiring content. And, they should be comfortable creating and driving overall strategy, as well as the hands-on execution.
From a leadership perspective, the ideal candidate should have a “player-coach” management style – someone who fosters a highly motivational working environment, makes it a priority to set their team members up for success, and who encourages continuous learning and development. Someone who practices accountability, and who shows passion and dedication to their role, the team, and the company, will thrive in this role.
