Responsibilities

Collaborate with the management team to execute on the company’s vision and mission

Drive recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation etc.)

Re-engineer processes to ensure maximum efficiency

Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices

Analyze the effectiveness of HR operations and policies by utilizing industry data to identify trends in compensation, benefits, and retention

Understanding overall metrics, what they mean, and present to leaders to enable decisions and drive change

Provide general HR support to organization through coaching and counseling on issues of individual and organizational concern and development



Requirements

7+ years of strong, relevant and broad-based human resources experience.

Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment etc.)

Ability to use metrics and analytics

Experience within a fast paced, growth organization is ideal preferable from a SaaS environment

Knowledge of local, state and federal labor law

Working knowledge of MS Office, Payroll systems, HR systems and/or ERP systems

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written

Well-organized 

BSc/BA in business, HR, social sciences or related field; MSc/MA/MBA is preferable

Certification (e.g. PHR/SPHR) is nice-to-have
