Who We Are Looking For

At AuditBoard, the Director of Implementation role will support our Clients through the Onboarding team, to ensure successful migration of their existing processes into the AuditBoard platform.  This will include addressing client needs around managing an internal controls environment on a new platform, including -- data analytics and review, implementation of data, client communications and overall project management.  The Director will manage onboarding teams and lead all efforts of project management keeping to tight deadlines, including client expectation management & escalations, care & feeding of the delivery team, and coordination with our Product team as necessary.  This role will report directly to the Vice President of Customer Success and is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to make a jump into the exciting world of high growth technology leveraging your accounting/audit background.  If you are bright, extremely motivated to succeed and ready to learn, we want to talk to you.



  • 10+ years experience in public accounting and/or corp accounting

  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate combination of education and experience

  • Sox and Audit knowledge is required

  • Ability to lead and manage a team of highly motivated individuals

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with emphasis on phone, email, and online communications

  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism

  • Self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills

  • Open-minded and willing to learn
