The Executive Assistant will support the C-Suite with all aspects of administrative support, scheduling, planning, meeting preparation, and other as-needed support.  We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is hyper organized, and simply loves getting things done. This role is critical to ensuring that the company is operating effectively and efficiently as the Executive Assistant serves as both an ambassador of the company internally and externally, but also gatekeeper and enabler of our CEO and President to help support Auditboard’s continued growth and success.  

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule on and offsite meetings with internal and external parties

  • Arrange business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements, and track and file expenses.

  • Keep track of commitments, timeframes and deadlines to ensure the President is adequately prepared for meetings and deadlines. Ensure there is an agenda, purpose, and meeting materials for each meeting.

  • Prioritize meetings and tasks for the President and CEO to make best use of their time and impact.

  • Meticulously maintain emails, records, and calendars with a bias to action.

  • Serve as an ambassador and representative of the company internally and externally by maintaining the highest degree of professional standards and an excellent experience with Auditboard, while at the same time, ensuring utmost confidentiality.

  • Consistently review and improve administrative processes by collaborating with other department team members and leaders

  • Other assigned duties and tasks as needed. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive assistant or similar role, in a fast-paced and dynamic High-Tech environment.

  • Working knowledge of MS Suite; 

  • Has handled confidential information with a high degree of integrity.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • An excellent track record of results
