Marketing Intern

 

AuditBoard is seeking a Marketing and Events Intern who will support the marketing team execute events, communication, and other marketing projects. We are looking for a team player who is hard-working, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented. This person will be responsible for supporting the events marketing strategy and enhancing the AuditBoard brand through internal and external initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities / Performance Requirements:

  • Support event logistics through every stage of the planning process

  • Assist with vendor coordination and invoicing

  • Manage attendee and staff event registration and hotel accommodations

  • Organize, manage, and ship marketing supplies and client swag packages

  • Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data lists

  • Coordinate marketing and event reporting

  • Collaborate with greater marketing organization with list management, content organization, research, and video production

  • Ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

Requirements

 

  • Experience in working within Microsoft Office and Google Drive

  • Self-starter and quick learner; demonstrated independence and autonomy in a high-performing work environment

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong work ethic

  • General knowledge of marketing principles

  • Travel and some work on weekends and after hours may be expected

  • Must currently be enrolled in an accredited college or university and seeking a degree in a related field.

 

Finance & Accounting Intern

  • Assist with monthly close procedures including reconciliations
  • Assist with collection efforts and recording of Accounts Receivable (creating customer billings and applying payments received)
  • Assist with new general ledger system implementation
  • Other ad hoc reporting tasks as required
  • Must currently be enrolled in an accredited college or university and seeking a degree in a related field.
