As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you will be the front line of internal IT Support for the AuditBoard team. In this technology-forward organization, you’ll strive to improve team productivity, assisting with setup, maintenance, and procurement of our team’s computer systems and services. You will support a mixed environment of Windows & macOS and must be able to diagnose and solve problems with little supervision.

We are looking for positive, self-motivated professionals with prior IT helpdesk experience with an affinity for technology products and innovation. The ideal candidate can flourish in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment with a "roll-up your sleeves" mentality and is comfortable interacting with internal customers both in-person, over Slack, and over the phone.
