Who We Are Looking For

As the company’s Lead Technical Recruiter you will be tasked with finding and hiring the best engineers. We have plans for strong growth across all technical and product-related disciplines and this is a key role to ensure the ongoing success of the product and company. You will work closely with the engineering leadership to understand the roles we need to hire for and will then execute on sourcing candidates and guiding them through the hiring process. You should expect to work across a breadth of technical and product-related roles. Finally, you will be responsible for partnering with marketing to ensure we are strategically marketing ourselves from a career-perspective to our target hiring audience.




  • Understanding of technology, ability to read and understand technical requirement
  • Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, closing) across all engineering, IT and product-related roles.
  • Working with hiring managers to create job descriptions.
  • Offers, background/reference checks.
  • Responsible for status updates & weekly recruitment reports
  • Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain a strong pipeline through sourcing, referrals, research, and events across all open positions
  • Effectively communicate the mission, culture, and opportunity for growth
  • Build trusted and long-term relationships with key stakeholders and implement best practices
  • Educate and advise stakeholders on the hiring process and decisions, and challenge them appropriately
  • Understanding of technology, ability to read and understand technical requirement


  • 5+ years experience as a recruiter, preferably with 2 of these years in Software Engineering
  • Mix of corporate Recruiting Experience and Agency in high volume environment 
  • 3+ years of experience using social platforms as talent databases (ATS)
  • Experience using Internet recruiting methods, including sourcing products and applicant tracking systems


Previous recruiting experience in a fast-paced software start-up environment (SaaS).
