Richard Chambers is the CEO of Richard F. Chambers & Associates, a global advisory firm for internal audit professionals, and also serves as Senior Internal Audit Advisor at AuditBoard. Previously, he served for over a decade as the president and CEO of The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), where he led the organization to record global membership and countless milestones. Prior to The IIA, Chambers was national practice leader in Internal Audit Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers and vice president of The IIA’s Learning Center. Chambers is the author of two award-winning books: “Trusted Advisors: Key Attributes of Outstanding Internal Auditors,” which was released in early 2017; and “Lessons Learned on the Audit Trail,” which is currently available in five languages. In March of 2021, he released his latest book, entitled “Agents of Change: Internal Auditors in an Era of Disruption.

Mr. Wheeler is a recognized expert, frequent speaker, and author on the effective use of risk management practices and technology in large and midsize businesses. Ann is a dynamic and visionary Corporate Executive with over 25 years experience in a variety of service- based industries and is President of People Ink, her consulting company that helps organizations create unique workplace cultures based on values and performance. She held the position of Vice President of the People Department for Southwest Airlines and Executive Vice President of Team Services for Promus Hotel Corporation and most recently, the Executive Vice President of People for JetBlue Airways.
Ann has a respected reputation in the industry for her creative approach to creating customer-centric cultures. During her tenure with Doubletree Hotels, later Promus Hotel Corporation, she built a service culture focused on delivering outstanding service to Guests. During the time Ann headed the People Department at Southwest Airlines, she solidified Southwest’s reputation of retaining and hiring the best people in the airline business despite Southwest’s rapid growth during that time.
As one of five founding executives, Ann took responsibility for the creation of JetBlue AirwaysAs one of five founding executives, Ann took responsibility for the creation of JetBlue Airways Corporation’s People Team in New York. In her role as head of human resources, Ann has been a key member of the executive team, and is extremely successful in her role as internal counsel to executives in every discipline in the organization.

Ann currently serves on the board at the Regis Corporation, NexPhase Capital, and Chairman for Safer New Mexico Now. Ann’s former boards include JetBlue Airways, P.F. Scott Arnold is President and CEO of AuditBoard. An industry veteran with a track record of successfully leading private and public software companies through multiple stages of growth, Scott leverages his enterprise software experience and proven strategy and leadership skills to drive the vision, scale, and success of AuditBoard.
Prior to joining AuditBoard, Scott was president of Shutterfly Enterprise where he successfully grew the business to over $230 million in revenues. Prior to joining Shutterfly Enterprise, Arnold served as president and CEO of AppSense, leading the enterprise software provider through a successful exit to a large strategic partner. Prior to AppSense, Arnold served in CEO and COO roles at MarketTools and Borland Software, both leading enterprise software organizations. Arnold began his professional career at McKinsey where he spent 13 years working with some of the world’s largest technology clients and helped build the firm’s practice in Silicon Valley.

Chris Doell has an extensive background in helping customers maximize the value of their products at scale, having most recently served as Head of Global Customer Success, Cloud Security at Cisco, where he scaled the team from 20 to 200+ as revenue grew from $30M to over $400M. Prior to joining Cisco as part of its acquisition of OpenDNS, Chris led the global customer success team at Zenprise, helping that organization scale from early stage to over 1500 enterprise customers and acquisition by Citrix.

Bob Hirth is a Senior Managing Director at Protiviti. In May 2022, he was appointed to the Standards and Emerging Issues Advisory Group of the PCAOB. Since 2017, he has served as the Co-Vice Chair of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and chairs its Technology and Communications industry committee. From June 2013 to 2018, he was Chairman of the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO).
Bob has participated in engagements and made presentations in over 20 countries, provided services to more than 50 organizations and worked closely with board members, C-level executives, finance, and accounting professionals as well as public accounting firm partners and employees. His experience includes auditing and accounting, sustainability reporting and standard-setting, internal control, and risk management. Bob started his career in public accounting and was a global equity partner of Arthur Andersen, working in both its audit and consulting divisions. He graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, with a concentration in accounting.
