Richard Chambers is the CEO of Richard F. Chambers & Associates, a global advisory firm for internal audit professionals, and also serves as Senior Internal Audit Advisor at AuditBoard. Previously, he served for over a decade as president and CEO of The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), where he led the organization to record global membership and countless milestones.
Prior to The IIA, Chambers was national practice leader in Internal Audit Advisory Services at PwC and vice president of The IIA’s Learning Center. Chambers is the award-winning author of three popular books on internal audit and risk: Trusted Advisors: Key Attributes of Outstanding Internal Auditors; Lessons Learned on the Audit Trail, which is currently available in five languages; and his latest book, entitled Agents of Change: Internal Auditors in an Era of Disruption.

Dominique Vincenti has been the Chief Audit Executive at Uber since March 2019. She joined from Nordstrom, a Fortune 250 Company and one of the US leading Fashion Specialty Retailer where she led the Internal Audit group for eight years; Her 25 years of experience includes internal audit management positions principally for internationally operating organizations: FINCA International (Washington DC), Marks & Spencer (London HQ) or the Kering group (Paris HQ). Her experience also included seven years as a Chief Officer at The Global Institute of Internal Auditors (The IIA) where she was overseeing globally the organization’s professional and technical practices, including Standards, Technical Guidance, Certification, Advocacy, and Research.
She worked internationally and in emerging markets, representing the internal audit profession and directing the technical discussions on Governance and Risk Management with other professional, national, or international institutions and regulators such as the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the International Organization Securities Commissions, The International Organization of Supreme Audit Institution or the European Commission to name a few. She also represented the IIA and provided technical support to the COSO Task Forces for COSO ERM 2004, COSO Monitoring, and COSO ICFR for smaller companies. Dominique holds a Master of Science from EDHEC - France, and a Masters in Management Sciences from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences – UK.

Scott Arnold is President and CEO of AuditBoard. An industry veteran with a track record of successfully leading private and public software companies through multiple stages of growth, Scott leverages his enterprise software experience and proven strategy and leadership skills to drive the vision, scale, and success of AuditBoard.
Prior to joining AuditBoard, Scott was president of Shutterfly Enterprise where he successfully grew the business to over $230 million in revenue. Prior to joining Shutterfly Enterprise, Arnold served as president and CEO of AppSense, leading the enterprise software provider through a successful exit to a large strategic partner. Prior to AppSense, Arnold served in CEO and COO roles at MarketTools and Borland Software, both leading enterprise software organizations. Arnold began his professional career at McKinsey where he spent 13 years working with some of the world’s largest technology clients and helped build the firm’s practice in Silicon Valley.
AVP of Enterprise Risk Management & Climate Change Initiatives, Arthur J. Gallagher
Pooja Knight is the AVP of Enterprise Risk Management and Climate Change Initiatives for Arthur J. Gallagher. She came to Gallagher with a blend of both industry and public accounting experience and has over 20 years of experience. She has been working at Gallagher for the past five years heading up the Global Enterprise Risk Management function. In addition to managing Enterprise Risk Management, she has been working on sustainability activities at Gallagher for the past two years. Her activities in the sustainability area range from assessing Gallagher’s global carbon footprint to working on creating a more sustainable environment and employee engagement to sitting on Gallagher’s Global ESG Steering Committee.
Chief Security Officer, Prisma Cloud, Palo Alto Networks
Bob joined Palo Alto Networks after more than 20 years in leadership roles with banks, product companies, and professional services organizations. He is responsible for evangelizing how Prisma Cloud facilitates the transition to the cloud. Bob provides counsel to Palo Alto Networks’ customers, prospects, governments, regulators, and partner ecosystem.
Prior to joining Palo Alto Networks, Bob was a managing partner at West Strategy Group, where he provided his clients with counsel in cyber risk and business strategy. Before that, Bob was a managing director in Deloitte’s cyber risk services practice, where he was part of the leadership team responsible for growing the business. He has also held leadership roles at York Risk Services, CipherCloud, Echelon One, Fifth Third Bank, Bank One, EY, and Citi.
Bob is a frequent speaker on cloud security and strategy, information security and risk, identity, mobility, and on global policy issues such as payment fraud and critical infrastructure. Bob is on the board of directors for the USA Track and Field Foundation and serves on vArmour, innerActiv, and Lookout’s advisory boards. He received the 2022 HITEC 100 award for being one of the most influential Hispanic technology executives in the world. Bob has a B.A. in German from Michigan State University and a M.S. in Management Information Systems from North Central College.

John A. Wheeler is the Senior Advisor, Risk and Technology for AuditBoard, and the founder and CEO of Wheelhouse Advisors, a global risk management strategy and technology advisory firm. Mr. Wheeler is a recognized expert, frequent speaker, and author on the effective use of risk management practices and technology in large and midsize businesses. His major areas of specialty include enterprise/operational risk management, integrated risk management (IRM) technology, executive leadership, and corporate governance. He has 30+ years of professional experience in a variety of roles spanning executive management, finance, risk management, audit, and IT.
EVP, Member Competency & Learning, The Institute of Internal Auditors
Brad Monterio is the global Executive Vice President, Member Competency & Learning, for The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). In this role, Monterio is responsible for portfolio strategy, product management/development, product delivery, learning technologies, instructional design, education partnerships, learning competency frameworks, and innovation for IIA professional learning products and services.
Prior to this role, Monterio was Chief Learning Officer for the California Society of CPAs, where he led similar efforts. Monterio was previously Managing Director of Colcomgroup, Inc. for 25+ years, where he counseled organizations on growing market share, opening new markets, developing new revenue streams and driving market adoption, and his focus was the auditing, accounting, financial services, and technology sectors. Monterio is a former investment banker and served in marketing and product development positions at Chase.
Monterio has been working in the global sustainability movement for more than 14 years focusing on reporting frameworks, standards, and technologies to help companies understand new reporting paradigms and changing information needs of the market, particularly with non-financial and ESG information. He is currently the IIA voting representative to the Integrated Reporting & Connectivity Council (IRCC).
Monterio has been a Global Director on the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) Board for 12 years. He is also a current member of the ACCA Technology Global Forum, Thomson Reuters Foundation Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board, and UCLA Extension Internal Audit Advisory Board. He received his bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.
Principal, Climate Change & Sustainability Services, EY
Bruno is a sustainability and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) executive with more than 20 years of experience operating at the forefront of social and business transformation, leading through rapid and disruptive change and is experienced in advising clients at all stages of maturity on their ESG and sustainability journey.
As Tech-Media-Telecom (TMT) sector leader for EY’s Climate Change and Sustainability practice based in the New York metro area, he helps global companies develop and execute their climate and sustainability strategies and programs.
Bruno has proven success managing complexity and providing results in fast-changing environments, with key strengths in integrating ESG performance into core business operations and strategy. He is a trusted partner to C-suite executives and boards of directors and is a sought-after speaker. Bruno has been named one of the “most influential sustainability voices in America,” a Top 50 Environmental Leader and a Top 100 Global Sustainability Influencer.
CAE, VP ERM, Unisys
Lucia Wind is a Vice President of Internal Audit at Unisys Corporation and the Company’s Chief Audit Executive. In this role, she maintains the Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance efforts and oversees the operational internal audit reviews for business process and technology areas. She also manages the organization’s enterprise risk management (ERM) program.
Concurrent with her CAE role, in January 2023 she also became the new COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations) Board Chair. She also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Institute if Risk Management (India).
Wind has expertise in internal controls, risk management and audit practices across the technology industry, retail, hospitality and government. During her career she also led audit functions at Ellucian, the National Gallery of Art in Washington DC and at AOL. She began her audit career at Friendly’s Ice Cream Corporation, followed by TJX Companies and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Wind is a Certified Fraud Examiner with the Association of Fraud Examiners and is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Chief Audit Executive, General Electric
Puran is the Chief Audit Executive of GE’s Corporate business unit and the Chief of Staff for the broader Internal Audit organization. He joined GE in May 2021 and brings 15 years of internal audit experience to the role. His experience includes being a graduate of the Internal Audit Leadership Program at The Home Depot, and supporting companies across multiple industries (manufacturing, technology, consumer products, travel and leisure) while being a trusted advisor to clients as a part of the Internal Audit practice at KPMG and Deloitte. Puran is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University. He currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
VP, Business Operations & Strategy, ESG Program Lead, Berkadia
Ali Glickstein serves as a Vice President of Operations & Strategy and is the ESG Program Lead at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage in Philadelphia, PA Ali provides support and oversight for various projects and initiatives and has a passion for addressing challenges and providing data-driven solutions for core business processes. As the ESG program lead, she works with various stakeholders throughout the organization to develop and implement a cohesive ESG strategy, aligning it with sustainability goals and promoting integration of ESG reporting requirements and frameworks.
Prior to her current role, Ali was Vice President of Operations for MultiFi, a direct-to-consumer digital lending platform at Berkadia and was a Vice President in Client Maintenance at JPMorgan Chase & Co, managing multiple global teams in the Private Bank.
Ali serves as a board member of Friends for Good, a philanthropic organization in Philadelphia enabling young professionals to connect and give back to their community through direct and impactful engagement.
Senior Director, SOX Governance, SoFi Technologies
Nancy Yuen is currently the Senior Director of SOX Governance at SoFi Technologies. Previously, Ms. Yuen was at Google, leading revenue accounting internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance for Ads Finance, Engineering & Applications, YouTube, and Alphabet Payment operations. Ms. Yuen held additional roles at The Clorox Company, RGP, and KPMG LLP in the areas of audit, accounting, privacy compliance, and SOX. Ms. Yuen is active with the Academic Board of Accounting at Saint Mary’s College and as Governor and Academic Advisor at The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA-NCEB). Ms. Yuen received a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology from the University of California, Davis and Master of Accounting from Saint Mary’s College. Ms. Yuen holds an active CPA license (California) and is a CIA. Outside of accounting and audit, Ms. Yuen is a violinist in an orchestra and ensemble in Northern California.
VP & Chief Audit Officer, Humana
Erin Banet joined Humana in 2018, and currently serves as Vice President and Chief Audit Officer. In this role, Erin is responsible for Humana’s internal audit function, reporting to the audit committee and administratively to Humana’s CFO.
Erin’s professional experience spans auditing, accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and business process implementation. Prior to joining Humana, Erin worked at Deloitte & Touche LLP for 15 years as an assurance senior manager in Louisville where she led several large-scale audits. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Morehead State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). Erin lives in Louisville, Kentucky with her husband, Brian, and two children, Emma (13) and Ethan (11).
Chief Product Officer, AuditBoard
Evan Fitzpatrick is Chief Product Officer at AuditBoard, where he draws from interactions with hundreds of customers to stay ahead of practitioner needs. Before joining, Evan spent 10 years at Bain Capital as a Senior Vice President in their Portfolio Group. In this role, Evan was responsible for accelerating growth and organizational transformation at the firm’s portfolio companies across a range of industries, including several software and technology companies. Most recently, Evan worked with Rocket Software, where he led efforts to design and implement a new product and go-to-market strategy that resulted in the company’s bookings growth rate more than doubling in 2021.
He’s also been part of several companies as they have gone public and achieved significant scale, as well as has significant M&A experience. Before Bain Capital, Evan worked at the Boston Consulting Group advising clients on strategy and growth across a range of industries. Evan received his degree in accounting from Brigham Young University.
Chief Customer Officer, AuditBoard
Chris Doell, Chief Customer Officer at AuditBoard, is responsible for all customer experience functions, including the Onboarding, Customer Success, Support, and Renewals teams. Chris is a veteran SaaS leader with an extensive background in helping customers maximize the value of their products at scale and is passionate about building strong relationships and teams to serve them. His experience scaling customer success organizations from small to large includes work at Cisco, where Chris led all of the Cloud Security Customer Success teams globally and scaled the team from 20 to 200+ as revenue grew from $30M to over $400M.
Prior to joining Cisco as part of its acquisition of OpenDNS, Chris led the global customer success team at Zenprise, helping that organization scale from early stage to over 1,500 enterprise customers and an acquisition by Citrix. Chris has implemented a full range of processes, tools, KPIs, and enablement for customers and partners to help the previous businesses he’s served to scale rapidly. Before Zenprise, Chris worked closely with product and sales teams at Yieldex to drive alignment around customer needs, and in a similar role scaling Workshare, he served enterprise customers including 62% of the Fortune 1000. Chris has a B.A. of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.

As SVP of Emerging Products, Rajiv Makhijani leads product strategy, driving AuditBoard’s long-term roadmap and vision for automating audit, compliance, and risk management. Rajiv’s experience spans engineering, compliance, and product strategy with over 10 years in product development at technology companies such as Hulu and Google. Rajiv’s mission is to leverage next-generation technology to deliver best-in-class product and user experience, and drive the industry forward.
Chief Security Officer, AuditBoard
Richard leads the Information Security Team at AuditBoard where he is focused on product, infrastructure, and corporate IT security. He is also responsible for leading the charge on AuditBoard’s own internal compliance initiatives. In this capacity, he has become an AuditBoard product power user, leveraging the platform’s robust feature set to satisfy compliance, risk assessment, and audit use cases.
