AuditBoard has introduced Microsoft Office Online collaboration capabilities through the Microsoft Cloud Storage Partner Program.
How Microsoft Office Integration Will Work with AuditBoard
This new integration allows multiple users to edit and collaborate on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents in real-time through the browser. Changes are saved and synced automatically to the AuditBoard application from the Office Online editor. This enhancement makes it easier for audit teams to work collaboratively on workpapers and files.
Current AuditBoard users must have a Microsoft Office 365 license to take advantage of the following benefits:
Collaborate with your team in real-time.
Multiple users can simultaneously edit the same document with the Office Online integration.
Preview documents within the AuditBoard platform.
Users can view any Microsoft Office files (Excel, Word, Visio, and Powerpoint) directly within their audit program. This feature does not require an Office 365 license.
Edit and see changes saved instantly.
Most importantly, users can open and edit documents from within the application, and any changes will be automatically saved back to the original AuditBoard document.
