Welcome to Sweepstakes Page for the AuditBoard Conference Drawing (“Sweepstakes”), sponsored by AuditBoard, Inc. (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is subject to the Official Sweepstakes Rules, available at https://www.auditboard.com/prizedrawing-rules, and which are deemed incorporated herein by this reference. Participation is only open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia), Canada (excluding Quebec), or the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland only).

  1. How to Enter:

    1. Sweepstakes Entry Start/End Dates. Sweepstakes begins on June 27, 2024, at 12:30 p.m. PT and ends July 5, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. PT (“Sweepstakes Period”).

    2. During the Sweepstakes Period, if you are registered for and attended IT Risk Now, held virtually (the “Conference”) visit the sweepstakes link and submit an online entry form by submitting a post event survey.
      • You must be a registered Conference attendee and have a valid email address to enter.
      • Limit one (1) entry per person/email address.

  2. Prize Drawing:

    • On or about July 5, 2024, two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
    • Sponsor shall be the sole determiner of the winner(s), and shall rely solely on the information contained on Sponsor’s servers relating to dates and times.

  3. Prize(s) and Winner Notification:

    • Two (2) $50 Amazon gift cards, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100.00 USD.
    • Limit one (1) prize per person or household.
    • Potential winner(s) will be notified on or about July 5, 2024, at the email address provided in their entry.
    • Requests to obtain a winner(s) list may be made by mail (as noted in the Official Sweepstakes Rules) and must be postmarked no later than 60 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
