Why This Role is Exciting

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you’ll have the opportunity to build and optimize within our Salesforce environment and integrated tools. You’ll also work cross-functionally with various GTM teams on exciting projects that challenge you to leverage innovative technology to drive the business forward.

Location/Time Zone: Pacific and Central time zones preferred as that most aligns with our team’s working hours

Key Responsibilities 

  • Overseeing the customization and configuration of Salesforce to meet the organization's needs.
  • Managing user access and security settings within the Salesforce platform.
  • Training and supporting users on how to effectively use Salesforce and maximize its features.
  • Monitoring data quality and integrity within the Salesforce system.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Salesforce.
  • Developing and implementing Salesforce best practices and processes.
  • Collaborating with other departments to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.
  • Creating reports and dashboards to track and analyze sales performance and KPIs.
  • Staying up-to-date on Salesforce updates and new features to optimize the platform for the organization.

Attributes for a Successful Candidate 

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience
  • Advanced experience with visual flows, (migrating from) process builder, validation rules, approval processes, custom settings, custom metadata types, roles/profiles/sharing rules, etc.
  • Experience with managing large data sets, vlookups and updating records using data loader and workbench
  • Successful history of driving initiatives cross functionally with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Demonstrated experience leading Salesforce projects through requirement gathering, solution design, implementation and hypercare
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with scalability and efficiency top of mind
  • Eagerness to research and recommend new technologies or creative solutions that help drive productivity across the business
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail 
  • Familiarly with Jira and agile methodologies a plus
