Marketing Specialist EMEA

AuditBoard is seeking a Marketing Specialist to help drive business growth and expansion in the EMEA region, supporting a broad set of marketing programs, and assisting in-region and global team members in marketing execution. 

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, data-driven, organised, team-player who is calm under pressure. You will be responsible for planning and executing both in-person and digital events, developing content (with support of internal and external resources), deploying lead generation programs, supporting presentations and sales enablement, and generating and presenting reports to leadership. You will also measure and analyse campaign performance and seek ways to optimise performance.

Location: This role will be hybrid, expected to be in the London office once a week. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with development of regional marketing plans, advertising, content, and campaigns.
  • Plan, organise, and execute events such as conferences, webinars, receptions and exhibitions (in-person and virtual), including co-marketing events with partners. 
  • Manage registration tools, including event landing pages and registration tracking.
  • Source and place advertising and sponsorships 
  • Work closely with in-house or external agencies to design marketing materials such as ebooks, reports, brochures, email campaigns, and adverts.
  • Write and proofread copy for content, websites, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing teams to plan, develop, and execute integrated campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales and other key stakeholders to ensure programs are aligned with business objectives
  • Create post-campaign and post-event reports and provide stakeholders with insights into campaign and event performance.

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, with at least one year executing virtual and in-person events.
  • Proficiency with webinar delivery apps and marketing automation tools.
  • Fluency in one additional European language Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field.
  • Highly organised project manager with ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator with ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Willingness to travel globally to in-person events as needed.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using Excel or Sheets to create reports and manipulate data is a plus.
