Carl Grifka has a unique background encompassing a valuable set of finance, SOX compliance, and IT experience. Prior to joining RSM, Carl was the CFO for a leading global technology solutions provider, a board director with for-profit and non-profit organizations, a lead auditor for a Fortune 100 automotive manufacturer, and a tax auditor for the U.S. government.
Currently, Carl delivers advice and consultation regarding SOX compliance, finance/IT internal audit, and lean business process improvement. He is primarily focused on technology, manufacturing, life science, and financial services companies.
Nick Sparks is a Sales Engineer at Fastpath where he shares his knowledge of security and GRC software with Fastpath prospects and customers. He has worked in the enterprise software sales space for seven years, with the past four years focusing on sales engineering and architecting solutions to best meet customer requirements.
Frank Vukovits is Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at Fastpath and a 30-year experienced auditor and business software professional. As a user, Frank has implemented and managed numerous ERP projects and now combines his software and audit knowledge in his role at Fastpath and is a frequent speaker at user groups and audit events. Frank has held corporate IT audit roles, and he carries Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Information Systems Auditor designations. Previously he was also a CISSP.
Frank has presented educational sessions publicly for the past three decades and has been on all sides of auditing, as a user, an auditor, and a vendor of audit and security software in his role currently at Fastpath. In addition, he formerly served on The IIA Magazine Editorial Board, as well as being an IIA Distinguished Facility Member.
Andrew C. Kim is Head of Product Operations at AuditBoard, where he is focused on enabling the fast-growing company’s product team to scale effectively as it builds new solutions to help audit, risk, and compliance teams navigate today’s dynamic risk landscape. He has 13+ years of experience in professional services and early-stage businesses in both the U.S. and UK.
Pat Wadland is a risk advisory leader for RSM with over 9 years of experience in ERP risk, security & controls, GRC implementation, product management and IT audit. He also has more than 5 years of financial experience in portfolio management, equity research, buy-side trading and private bank operations.
A thought leader in the access control management space, Pat has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies, U.S. government agencies and other organizations implementing, assessing, and designing security to mitigate risk and improve business processes.
